write2S3.r - this script writes the table received from Global Canopy to S3

Notes received from GLobal Canopy (Chloe Rollscane, Huw) along the dataset are: - the indicator column headings are in the format: [Indicator] - [order number] - [colname] - "SOCIETE AFRICAINE DE CACAO" is owned by Barry Callebaut - "ECOM" They have a very strong deforestation policy but, it was created in 2022 so I've scored them as "no" for now (just incase they kick off for any reason haha)

process_gc_zdcs.r - this scripts adds in missing trase_ids (from the full supply chain) - cheks completeness of GC data for matching all traders in the sei-pcs - exports data to S3
