What to find within these folders

Find here pre-processing scripts for our data, organized by country.

The structure of the sub-folders is intended to match what we have in our s3://trase-storage/ bucket.

Some of the pre-processing is accompanyied by QA and reports, which might have a little overlap with the QA and reports done in the SEI-PCS modelling within trase/models/ (browsable also in the Trase Wiki within the 'SEI-PCS models & QA' section). So when exploring for QA you might want to check what's available in both places.
