National level data

National_data_check.R: Point checks on volumes and FOB for data located on S3 to check with uploaded National level data (selection is made by year, country and commodity. This is the generic script; other scripts below are country/commodity specific.

National_data_check_BR_com_dashboard.R: Specific to Brazil data from the Datamyne/Dashboard dataset (all commodities, except soy, beef, corn).

National_data_check_BR_com_thirdparty.R: Specific to Brazil data from the Datamyne/Third_Party dataset (soy, beef, corn).

National_data_check_CO_com.R: Specific to Colombia commodities.

National_data_check_EC_com.R: Specific to Ecuador commodities.

National_data_check_PE_com_SICEX20.R: Specific to Peru data from the Sicex20 dataset.

National_data_check_PE_com_SICEX25.R: Specific to Peru data from the Sicex25 dataset.

National_frontend_checks.R: Checks of Sankey results for comparison with Sandbox when testing new releases of data on trase.earth.

Sub-national level data

Level_2_data_check_csv.R: Point checks on volumes and FOB for csv's generated from the database to make sure the export functions work.

BR_frontend_def_checks.R: Checks between values of deforestation and deforestation risk between trase-results and the .csv downloadable on on Sandbox when testing new releases of data on trase.earth.
