CD-MDIC Merge

This folder contains everything you need to add a state of origin to flows from DATAMYNE/THIRD_PARTY

To run the process open the cd-mdic.Rproj file. The scripts are as follows:

  • 1-prepare_cd - pulls CD files from s3, filters to soy and outputs to DATA/IN
  • 2-prepare_mdic - pulls MDIC files from s3, filter to soy and output to DATA/IN
  • 3-align_cd_mdic - reads CD and MDIC and aligns fields for merging
  • 4-merge_cd_mdic - merges CD and MDIC - based on Steve's original script
  • 5-check_cd_mdic - compares results of merge with archived runs from Steve
